Book Your Classes Here!

We are using an online booking system for you to book all your own classes. Here, you can make single payments or sign up to class packs, memberships and workshops.

Please note, GoCardless IS NOT a direct debit. It is a card payment similar to PayPal. It saves your card details so that you don’t have to put them in everytime you book a class.

It will ONLY take payment for what you are paying for at time of booking for example. A single class payment will only be taken once at time of booking. It is only a monthly subscription if you sign up for a monthly membership.

Please make sure you complete your FULL profile, including all waivers, health questionnaire and personal details.

Beginners can join any of our Hatha or vinyasa classes. We welcome ALL beginners.

POST COVID-19 RETURN

We are delighted to be opening our door on Saturday 25th of July 2020. It is with sheer Joy to welcome you back, albeit a little different than normal.
Here are the guidelines that all members must follow if you are planning on returning.

Only come to the studio if you are feeling fit and well.

Please only arrive to the studio “on time” not early.

If you did happen to arrive to the studio early, please remember to wait outside whilst we re-clean for the next class.

Please keep 1 metre distance if queuing outside and leave 1 metre for members exiting the studio.

Any previous back to back classes now has a 30-minute turn around in place ready for the next class which should avoid the bullet point above from happening.

Please bring in the bare minimum belongings i.e coats and bags. If possible, please leave in the car

There will be no cloak area at the back. All members as they enter will place their belongings on the side shelf in their allocated area directed by the teacher.

As each member arrives in order, they will be directed to their allocated space which will be marked out on the floor 1 – 6

All classes will have a capacity of 6 members (1 metre plus distance)

The toilet will be out of use once the class starts.

Please if possible, make sure you go the toilet beforehand or straight on arrival as you enter.

All classes will be 60minutes long.

Each class will have fresh ventilation from either the front or rear door open

All members MUST bring their own mats and any blocks and straps if you wish to use them in class
All bookings are made online avoiding cash payments and complying with track and trace.

Please sanitise your hands as you leave the studio
